Develop and implement work schedules and task assignments for a candy and nut packaging company, ensuring product organization and timely delivery based on customer demand. Enforce strict safety and sanitation protocols across operations. Lead employee training on work processes and safety standards and designate experienced workers to mentor new hires for an efficient packaging service. Regularly assess employee performance and address any concerns or grievances through direct communication with both management and staff.
